This edition presents revised and optimized quality standards specifically designed to take operations in the hotel industry to a new level. In response to the ever-growing demands and expectations in the industry, we have carefully revised and optimized these standards.
The standardization of procedures and processes is not only a tool for reducing costs and increasing efficiency, but also contributes significantly to improving communication and workflows. Employees receive clear guidelines and guidelines that give them safety in the workplace, promote trust in the company and increase their motivation.
The HOTQUA quality standards presented in this document are the result of years of experience and practical testing.
